“The Viper ACR and Viper TA are known to be competitive on the road course; but, how will the do on a drag strip. This video shows a lightly modded 2017 Viper ACR take on a lightly modded 2014 Viper TA in the 1/4 mile. The 2017 Dodge Viper ACR is powered by an 8.4L V10 that makes 645 Horsepower and 600 lb-ft of torque when stock. However, this Viper has been modded with a tune, exhaust and drag radials and now makes about 700 crank horsepower. The 2014 Dodge Viper TA is also powered by an 8.4L V10 that makes 640 Horsepower and 600 lb-ft of Torque when stock. However, this Viper has a modded intake (smooth tubes) and drag radials. How fast are they? Watch the video and find out. Tell us what you think of the Viper ACR and Viper TA in the comments below.”
